Any order placed is deemed to be on the understanding that these terms and conditions of supply are accepted by the customer. The prices listed on this website cancel any previous prices and are exclusive of any delivery or alteration costs.
The customer has the right to cancel an order within 7 days
of first making an order.
Customers cannot cancel orders that are simply over due, we
despatch most orders within 4 to 6 weeks, however sometimes it may take a little longer.
10 days returns policy
On the day of delivery you will be requiered to sign and
confirm for the product (s) your ordered from Pine Tables 4u, when you sign for the furniture, you are confirming that you have received the items and that they are undamaged.
Please note: the 10 days returns policy begins when the furniture is signed for. Please note when you sign for the product (s), you are confirming that it is undamaged, if at a later date you discover that the item is damaged, we will not be liable for the replacement of the damaged goods.
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our goods and service. In the unlikly advent that the you are not satisfied with the furniture due to being faulty or poor workmanship, the furniture must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date made, condition as received, with any original packaging, requesting a refund in writing. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding any carriage charges or specifically ordered alteration charges, Delivery or returns costs can not be refunded unless the item has been being damaged in transit, faulty or poor workmanship, if an item of furniture is damaged delivery must be refused, reported to the delivery driver and returned in the original packaging before a refund or replacement is given, refunds sent within 30 days of delivery date. We do not refund furniture that is unable to fit through door ways/narrow stairs etc, it is the customers responsibility to insure that furniture can enter a building. If you have any problems at all please let customer service know by telephone as soon as possible.
Please note that lighting, processing and your computer settings may mean that the colour of an item may vary slightly from it's true colour.
Our timber is well seasoned, thus limiting movement and warping when positioned in different environments. Some minor seasonal splits can be expected occasionally within the tables, this is not a fault, it is a result of the natural wood movement which can be waxed or simply left as part of the woods natural charm.
We reserve the right to make any changes to our terms and conditions.
